What can you expect after a long tiring day?

But that is going to change my Darling, now that I have moved in. I know you have heard these words a thousand times from those you loved before, and the only way to prove it is actions.

I said those words Monday morning as you left me in bed as I had to wait for my new job to start, and you had to go for yours; I know you wondered if I meant them or would be another one that failed to deliver truly.

Monday afternoon

I received your text apologizing and informing me that you would be home later than promised as you had a late un-scheduled meeting from work, and the chair of that meeting was known to drag his lecture out. I text back that it was okay and to text me once you were in the car and leaving and a message to say I loved you.

An hour and a half later, I received your phone call informing me the meeting had indeed dragged on, and you were shattered and heading home now.
