But then, a lot of good-looking guys would probably show up. And not only the young guys could raise sexual desires in Alfonso. Take John Varchas himself, who was in his mid-fourties. He looked great, like some powerful czar. You could see that he had some experience in life. And, that made him all the more attractive. Not a slim body, but a belly just in the right size, a dark and sometimes mysterious way of wandering around, but also an attractive way of clumsiness. And from what Alfonso had seen, he was richly endowed in the manliest parts of his body.

Alfonso had to hurry. From his desk he took a notebook and a pen. Closing the door behind him he had no idea whatsoever that the next meeting would change his life. In fact, it would not only change his life, it would change the life in the institute. It would, on the long run, change life on the whole planet.

He arrived three minutes before the start of the presentation. Not too late to find a seat, but definitely too late to be in the front rows. The large auditorium was built as an amphitheater, with the front rows at the speaker’s level, the back rows high up. From each position, you could almost read what the guy before you wrote, since the seats were not directly behind each other.
